Post 26/11 and a lot of noise plus ruckus over how to teach them a lesson. Enough is Enough. Been wondering for quite some time what do all the newly heard terms mean by definition. At last got the answer to one of them :
Surgical Strikes :- "....A surgical strike is like carrying out a surgery at the right time and place with a right probe. It implies that it is a precision strike where you do not want to cause any collateral damage. You want to put down your target in a manner that it is rendered unusable and at the same time leave places around it unaffected and we can do that,"
As explained by the IAF chief himself. Clinical, isnt it ?
